Scan Customer QR Codes
When a customer visits with a claimed offer, use the Zarpass merchant app to scan their QR code or enter their 8-digit code. Redemption is confirmed instantly.
Pay Only for Points Issued
Every redemption is tracked. When customers earn points at your business, you pay Zarpass the point value via your monthly invoice. No additional platform fee — you only pay for points issued. When customers spend points at your store, no additional charge applies — you already paid for them.

Is it free to join?
Yes — completely free for customers. Merchants get a free plan with 1 active offer, or upgrade for unlimited.
Do points expire?
Yes — points expire 12 months after they are earned. Use them before they lapse!
Can I use points at any business?
Points earned at a business can be spent at that same business. Cross-merchant spending is coming in a future update.
How many points do I earn per offer?
A flat 100 pts per redemption, regardless of offer type or discount size.
What if I don't have enough points?
You can always claim an offer for free and earn points. The points option only appears when you have enough balance.
