A separate feature from claiming a free offer above. If you buy a paid coupon from one of our campaigns, redeeming it earns you ZarPoints — a reward balance funded by ZarPass, not the merchant, and never purchased with money. ZarPoints is live in every country right now, though it's an admin-controlled toggle per country and could be paused where you are.

The first time you open your ZarPoints balance, we'll ask you to confirm your country — this can't be changed later, so double-check before confirming.

Scan the customer's code when they arrive — that confirms a real visit. Your dashboard tracks claims, verified visits, and returning customers.
Beyond free offers, you can also run paid coupon campaigns — sell a fixed batch of discount coupons up front, redeemed the same way in-store. Manage both from your merchant dashboard.
Common questions
Is it free to join?
Yes for customers — always free. Merchants get a 30-day free trial when they sign up, then choose a paid plan.
Do I need an account to claim an offer?
You need a free Zarpass account so we can generate your unique QR code and let you find it again later.
What does "verified visit" mean?
It means the merchant actually scanned your code in person — proof the offer led to a real visit, not just a click.
Can I use my claim at another business?
No — a claimed offer is only valid at the business that created it.
What if the offer is fully claimed?
Some offers have a maximum number of claims. Once that limit is reached, the offer closes — check back for new deals often.
Are claiming an offer, buying a coupon, and ZarPoints the same thing?
No — three separate things. Claiming an offer is always free. Buying a coupon from a campaign is a paid purchase. ZarPoints are what ZarPass credits you afterward, once you redeem a coupon you bought — they're not something you buy.
Can I buy ZarPoints, or cash them out?
No — ZarPoints can only be earned by redeeming a purchased coupon, and can only be used for a discount at a participating merchant or sent directly to another ZarPass customer or business. They're never for sale and never convert to cash.
Is ZarPoints available everywhere?
ZarPoints is live in every country right now, though it's an admin-controlled toggle per country and could be paused where you are. Your existing balance is always safe either way.
What are the loyalty points I see on some offers?
A separate, simpler rewards system from ZarPoints — some merchants credit you points every time you redeem their offer, spendable only back at that same business, never cross-merchant or for cash. See your balance per business at /profile/merchant-points.
